Our Installation Process
Every flake coating floor goes through our proven multi-step process to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish.

Shot blast
A heavy mechanical profile is required for these thicknesses.
- 02
Detail joints and drains
Termination keys, drains and cove are cut and detailed first.
- 03
Place urethane cement
The mortar is screeded and troweled to thickness, typically 1/4 inch or more.
- 04
Seal and return
A chemical-resistant topcoat is applied and production typically resumes within 24 hours.

High Performance Flake Broadcast System
Our most popular concrete coating system. Vinyl flake is broadcast to refusal over a polyaspartic base, then sealed with a polyaspartic clear top coat. Textured, slip resistant and available in dozens of blends.
