Our Installation Process
Every flake coating floor goes through our proven multi-step process to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish.

Clean and open the slab
Existing coatings and sealers are removed so stain can penetrate.

Apply stain
Acid stain or dye is applied, sometimes in layers, to build the colour you want.

Neutralise and rinse
Reactive stains are neutralised and rinsed until the slab is clean and dry.
- 04
Seal
A penetrating or film-forming sealer is applied, with wax or a topcoat where traffic demands it.
