Quartz Broadcast Systems
Colored quartz sand broadcast into resin for a heavy-duty, highly slip-resistant surface. Built for commercial kitchens, locker rooms, wash bays and food processing.
Overview
Quartz systems use colour-coated silica broadcast into resin, built up to a quarter inch or more. The result is the toughest, most slip-resistant decorative floor we install.
They are typically installed with integral cove base so the floor turns up the wall, which is what health inspectors want to see in wet and food-service areas.

Every flake coating floor goes through our proven multi-step process to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish.

Shot blast or grind
Heavy systems need an aggressive profile, usually shot blasting.

Cove base
Integral cove is formed where the floor meets the wall.
- 03
Quartz broadcast
Colour quartz is broadcast to refusal into the resin body, sometimes in two passes.

Grout and seal
A grout coat fills the profile and a chemical-resistant topcoat finishes it.

Our most popular concrete coating system. Vinyl flake is broadcast to refusal over a polyaspartic base, then sealed with a polyaspartic clear top coat. Textured, slip resistant and available in dozens of blends.
