Epoxy vs. polyaspartic: which coating is right for your floor?

Epoxy is a thick, rigid build coat. It fills, levels and creates the body of a floor system, which makes it the right base for metallic pours and heavy industrial builds.

Polyaspartic cures fast, stays flexible and holds its colour in direct sun. That makes it the right topcoat for garages and every exterior surface.

In practice most of our residential floors are a hybrid: an epoxy base coat carrying the flake, then two polyaspartic clear coats for abrasion and UV resistance.
